I am a designer currently based in Mainz, Germany, where I study the master program "Gutenberg Intermedia". I am focused on typography and editorial design and have a special fascination for creating books, which stems from the ability of using my own hands throughout the process — from layouting and choosing materials to bookbinding. Every now and then I do illustrations.
In 2019, I graduated from Dessau Department of Design with a Bachelor degree in Integrated Design. My education taught me that design is a way of thinking and approaching problems — I believe in designing with people instead of for people. I am a passionate supporter of the gender movement and want to use the means of design to question the two-sex model of modern society, to educate and create change in our collective mindset.
Currently, I try to teach myself the Icelandic language and how to play the kalimba.
